I've been experimenting with red light therapy for the couple of years but I'm having trouble find the right specs for the red light therapy used in research. That being said - I think it helps my knee. Glad you have written about it.

I am going to check out this red light therapy for my dad. He has arthritis pain so bad that he can barely take it anymore, maybe this will help him.

Hi Tim - great to connect with you. I have been using the red light now since Dec 5 on my hand and it continues to improve. The way the light reduced pain means I am able to do the therapy and hold the stretches longer which is slowly helping to get the tendons moving again. Please let me know if you try it and it works in your dad's situation. I am so curious. My sister is trying it on a foot injury she has and she too has said she felt the pain relief very fast.

So cool to read this. I’ve been using red light therapy on my older dog who has osteoarthritis. It really helps his mobility.

Thanks for sharing this Dee! Yes I have heard it works amazingly on animals too. The first I heard of this was from my sister who got a different type of light unit to treat one of her horses to help it recover from a muscle injury. My dog loves to lie near me when I am treating my hand.
