That list of sugars is enlightening. I know most of them myself, but gonna steal the picture and share it with my wife because she always asks me about them when we are shopping.
I find grouping the sugars into those pictures helps to make it make sense.
And OMG - reading glasses - I now have 3 pairs and still can't find them. I've got a pair I carry in my purse now for stores. . . . they couldn't make the print smaller if they tried.
Thanks for the sugar list! I was thinking of putting together such a list. But I wanted to separate all the sugar derivatives of high fructose corn syrup. Naturally occurring sugars such as maple syrup or honey are processed differently in the body. Do you know which are derived from HFCS?
