I like the distinction you make between information vs knowledge. We get filled with info all the time but how much do we, or even should we, make into our own knowledge?
Exactly! I think it really helps to bring this up into our awareness, especially given all the misinformation on food that is now flooding the internet thanks to ChatGTP.
It's going to get worse before it gets better. I loved what @martinedic said in The Witness Chronicles June 2, 2023: "This was written by a human" . I am thinking all of us human writers may need to start signing our posts this way.
