Thanks Tim! I started out small on the sprouts with just the basic mesh lids that fit onto canning jars. They are quite a bit of work. But then the flat tray model just changed everything. It is so much easier and provides more consistent results. And then came microgreens . .. .indoor gardening is just as addictive for me as the outdoor kind. And just as tasty.
We also have a spray bottle with diluted bleach to wash the cutting boards and counters.
I found the information about sprouts and micro greens really interesting. We’ve never grown our own.
